Rule 82
Able to create manuals, requirements and directives
(1) For the implementation of the rules, annexes, manuals and standards set by international organizations regarding air service operations, the Authority shall take into consideration the prevailing laws, acts and these regulations regarding non-military air flights, taking into account the national and international standards as well as schedule-3 and manuals on various other topics. Can make requirements and directives.
(2) Provisions in the annual, requirements and directives made in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be applicable to all parties related to the operation of air services.
